1. Sandal Model – Upload your own design or choose from selected Raha styles such as Vellar, Nafis, Shams, Joud and Wasl.
2. Leather Colour – Choose from a selection of premium leather shades including Black, Brown, Tan, White and other available colours.
3. Stitching & Finishing – Select subtle or contrasting details, subject to availability.
4. Sole Type – Choose from the available comfort and support options.
5. Personalisation – Additional personalised details may be discussed with our team.
6. Bring Your Own Design – Upload a JPG, PNG or PDF reference and our artisans will review its feasibility before production.

How It Works

1. Create Your Order – Select your sandal model, leather colour, sole type and shoe size, or upload your own design.
2. Place Your Order – Complete the advance payment online.
3. Consultation – Our team will contact you to confirm the design, materials, measurements and any special requirements.
4. Final Confirmation – We will proceed with production only after you approve the final specifications.
5. Handcrafting – Your sandals are individually handcrafted using carefully selected materials.
6. Delivery – Estimated delivery is 10–14 working days within the UAE and 14–20 working days internationally after final confirmation.

Pricing

Custom Arabic Sandals start from AED 1,045.

The final price may vary depending on the selected materials and customisation requirements. Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed with you before production begins.

100% advance payment of the confirmed order value is required before production.

International shipping, customs duties and applicable taxes are charged separately where applicable.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Before final design confirmation and production, you may cancel your custom order and receive a full refund of the advance payment.

Once you have approved the final design and production has started, custom-made sandals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
