Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Raha Footwear, your satisfaction is very important to us. While each pair of our sandals is handmade with care and inspected before shipping, we understand that sometimes you may need to make a return or exchange.

You may request an exchange or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping costs (if any outside UAE free delivery) and customs duties are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

2.   Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
3.   Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.
